ello there. I'm Nickola.

I'm your biggest cheerleader, motivator, 'how-to' girl and accountability partner! And I want to share something with you... I know that it's hard to fail. And I also know that it's hard if you succeed. But it's up to you to pick which hard you want.

This journey is all about figuring out how to access your full potential... and often a lot is untapped or you've only just begun to scratch the surface of what is possible for your life or business. Your gifts, talents and expertise are what make you uniquely YOU. And they are your superpower!

Success it's about digging deep and hanging on when others are letting go.

I've owned multiple businesses from a multiple six-figure PR and marketing agency, a booked out family portrait photography studio, to a Pilates studio and a six-figure coaching business. I'm also a single mum of two young children and have been on this entrepreneurial journey for almost 20 years! I know first hand what it's like to have these big dreams, but to not actually know how to make them come true - I've walked your path. What I want you to realise, is that some times success takes time.

This might be your first shot at launching, marketing and selling online... And maybe your first business or offer isn't going to work out quite as planned. It might even take a couple of tries... But that's okay. This is why you are here, right? Often in the beginning there is a lot of trial and error and figuring it out. But once you get clear on what you want, you're able to reverse engineered the steps needed to take you where you wanted to go. And that looks different for each of you, depending on your personal goals. The principles however, stay the same!

When you live with passion and purpose and learn act with intention in your business every day, the momentum propels you forward. Learning to face your fears and self doubt gives you courage and self-confidence to just be you. When you believe everything is possible, it is!

One of the biggest lessons I've learned in life, is that we don't always have control over the circumstances or situations we might find ourselves in. But what we do have control over, is the choices we make as to how we handle them, how we respond to them and how much power we give it over our lives. It really is a choice.

Pushing our fear and insecurities aside, makes room for incredible things to happen. Why? Because we make space for it. We open ourselves up to opportunities we wouldn't otherwise see or embrace. We become laser focused on what it is we want and what it is we need to do to get it. We take imperfect action and get visible. We do the work, because nothing is holding us back from our dreams.

Now I know that sounds super simple, but it really is. And I'm here to help you find that same clarity, confidence and belief in your own journey and destination, and to teach you everything I know, so you can learn how to go from where you are right now, to where you need to be.
